This expansion not only highlighted William’s ability to scale operations but also his commitment to solving logistical challenges in the grocery trading space.
Moreover, William’s involvement in various startups has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business operations, from financial management and regulatory compliance to strategic partnerships and growth strategies. His journey reflects a remarkable blend of entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and an unwavering dedication to business excellence, making him a formidable figure in the business world.
Glenda Patton
Glenda Patton CFO, has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, acquiring properties for development. As well as being a grocery wholesaler and import/exporter of products for many years. Through this has brought her many relationships with grocery retailers and wholesalers across the country. During this time she has learned to manage large amounts of money and forecast futures and understanding of finances needed to complete projects and run effectively.

Crystal Hilsley, Founder/Principal of CCNG Developments, is a passionate social entrepreneur dedicated to amplifying the ESG impact of businesses. With over 15 years of experience in the social impact sector, she brings a holistic blend of a BS in Psychology, certifications in both Sustainable Agriculture and Environmental Management & Sustainability, and a deep-seated commitment to the principles of Regenerative Agriculture. Not just a consultant, Crystal also delves hands-on into the creation and development of sustainable farms, transforming barren lands into thriving ecosystems. Her extensive consulting work has spanned both the non-profit realm and the social enterprise landscape.
